Our intimate restaurant aptly named The View overlooks the Somosomo straits featuring stunning sunsets. We specialize in a fresh seasonal variety of Pacific Rim cuisines, which is a variety of styles that incorporates seasonal indigenous ingredients blended with the international cultural influence found in Fiji. Sample Indo/Fijian curries or Fijian recipes done in coconut cream.
If this sounds too exotic we also prepare traditional dishes like roast chicken, various styles of fish and lamb chops. All of our herbs are fresh from our organic garden as well as other seasonal fruits and vegetables that are available on our large property. We also like to support our community of local organic farmers and fishermen and source their seasonal farm/ocean to table culinary delights.
If you would like to dine with us ask about our specials for lunch or dinner, please let us know while you are enjoying your complimentary breakfast. Don’t be shy to mention how you would like your eggs done or if you would prefer our famous banana pancakes. If you have any special dietary needs please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
With our unique business model pay for your lunch and dinner directly to the Kitchen staff. They also can make you an invoice that you can pay directly to them upon checkout.
